Gas Injectors

We clean & service gas injectors, using ASNU equipment: We perform a thorough test 'as received', including flow and leak testing. Your injectors are then cleaned and back-flushed using an ultrasonic cleaner. Following the cleaning process, your injectors are retested including pulse, flow, and leak tests. New o-rings, spacers, caps, and filters are installed as applicable. You are provided with a complete report of your injectors, both 'as received' and 'as serviced'. AirCare problems? Rough run? Diesel Injectors

Diesel Injection Pump

Our experienced, factory trained technicians can diagnose and service your injection pump, usually within a day or two. We have the latest, state-of-the-art tools and testing equipment, including new electronic and computerized equipment to service the most recent pumps. Heui / Powerstroke Injectors

HEUI InjectorWe are pleased to announce that we are now fully equipped and trained to test, service, and calibrate the HEUI ( Hydraulically Actuated, Electronically Controlled, Unit Injector). These injectors are widely used in Ford Pickups using the POWERSTROKE diesel engine (1995+), as well as in many Navistar and some CAT applications.

Bosch VP36/37 Pumps

We are proud to be the only shop in western Canada, to be equipped and factory trained to rebuild these injection pumps. Found most commonly on the Volkswagen TDI 1.9 engine, these pumps are also used in a 6 cylinder version on Volvo-Penta and Mercruiser marine engines.
